Hotel Continental - Zermatt

The location was perfect for world-class skiing and hiking trails. Our room had a fine view of the Matterhorn. We made great use of the free Wi-Fi and ski storage, super convenient. Breakfast included was a nice touch! Highly recommend for a fun group trip!

had a brand-new and modern room with nice views, a really comfortable bed, as example, and i couldn't ask for more. the breakfast served was varied and amazing, everything you could wish for, with meats, yogurts and cheese.

The venue was wonderful small, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was amazing near the main tourist area and one night before taking Glacier Express through Swiss Alps and Railway station and sky lift. Hotel's staff were really helpful. I was very happy with the well-maintained and practical room, that was complete with private balcony and a queen bed, as example. The service was efficient during all my really really nice stay. They had an early check-in.

Awesome place with excellent wi-fi, ski storage, and a leisure room. The staff even helped me with a local food delivery number during my first stay. I recommend trying the breakfast! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

Access to the train station and main attractions, but the wifi connection was unreliable. This made it difficult to plan activities, especially since I was there for a couple of days. Despite that, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was just an optimal selection for a short weekend trip in Zermatt with a reasonable price. The ski room had the most efficient boot warmers making it so easy to wear my boots after a long day. Be sure to wake up early for the breakfast to avoid crowding.

Excellent location near the train station, cozy rooms with comfy furnishings. The staff were kind and helped us maneuver around town.

The wifi was a little dodgy, like trying to wrestle a greased pig. Don't expect to ice your drinks. Ice is as rare as a unicorn here!

I stayed 5 nights in a single room, and the location was just awesome! The room was clean, had a kettle, and I loved the breakfast every morning! Just a bit annoying that I couldn't pick my room style. One was kinda old and red. It was a good stay!

The Continental provided an excellent base for my work trip, with a well-appointed room that was both comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff displayed a high level of professionalism, promptly assisting with any requests I had. The breakfast was particularly excellent, with a selection of freshly baked pastries and organic fruits, ensuring a great start to my busy days.

the room was a bit cramped but had everything for a comfy stay. the staff were really helpful right from check-in and the breakfast had some tasty options like fresh fruits. also, it's a breezy walk from the train station.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I adored the cozy atmosphere of Hotel Continental, with its warm decor and tidy layout. Accessibility was excellent, allowing me to move around comfortably. Tending to my needs throughout.

Better air circulation in the rooms would be ideal.
